Tricia has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and understands the need to ensure proper contracting, credentialing, and revenue cycle management as Tricia even owned her own healthcare company for many years. As Director of PSV specifically, Tricia has concentrated on ensuring InteCare follows NCQA guidelines and HRSA requirements in PSV activities and has been thoroughly trained in these guidelines. She leads the PSV team of specialists to provide this service and audits all files and quality. She has been with InteCare since June 2018.
