
Pam Brillhart
Pamela Brillhart is a senior health care executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in both behavioral health and primary care. She holds a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University and a Master’s degree in Executive Health Care Management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Pamela began her career at Value Options, where she became the youngest Regional Vice President in the company’s history. During her tenure, she was selected to serve on the Congressional Advisory Council on Health Care Reform, chaired by First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton during the Clinton Administration.
Her expertise lies in integrated behavioral health and primary care operations. She has successfully led Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and under her leadership, programs in Tennessee were the first in the state to receive accreditation from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and to be recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) by The Joint Commission.
Pamela is known for her ability to lead complex mergers and acquisitions, drive innovation in care delivery, and foster high-performance workplace cultures. She consistently achieves strong employee engagement and champions quality improvement across all levels of an organization.
