Pat has worked with InteCare, Inc. for the past seven years, consulting on the company’s financial management functions including accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, and tax. His career spans more than 35 years of varied experience in financial management, tax reporting and planning, and business consulting.

Pat has been a partner at Dearing & Dearing, CPA for the past 30 years. Prior to that he worked in the internal audit department at Bank One Corporation. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University.
