Dr. McDaniel has more than 25 years’ experience creating effective and efficient health care administrative and delivery system service interventions and innovations valued by stakeholders and contributing to achievement of positive quality and financial outcomes.

During her career, Dr. McDaniel has held senior level positions at large payor organizations as well as provider organizations. She has developed integrated physical and behavioral health service delivery systems, payment models, and managed financial risk. Prior to joining InteCare, she served as the Executive Director and Chief Clinical Officer for Advantage Behavioral Health, Inc. of Centerstone of America. In this capacity she was responsible for the day to day operations of Advantage’s Care Management Entity including the management of financial risk, network development, credentialing, and claims processing and payments.
