Lisa Dominisse is President/CEO Grant Blackford Mental Health, Inc. (GBMH) a community mental health center that provides a full spectrum of mental health and family focused services from cradle to grave and believes in the importance of standing hand in hand with those who have been marginalized so they may fulfill their highest potential. Lisa joined GBMH after serving seven years as CEO of Family Service Society, Inc, a community based for purpose organization focused on the needs of adults, children, and families. Lisa has a wealth of executive experience in business and government and has helped many entities and individuals find success along the way. 

Lisa has traveled the world spending time in Thailand, Cuba, Europe, Mexico, and South America. She brings a keen understanding of cultural dynamics and the importance of understanding and being intentional about the culture created within companies and communities. Lisa believes each of us has the power to positively change and grow. Many people place limitations and barriers on themselves; it is Lisa’s goal to help remove those barriers so individuals can realize their potential and her former colleagues agree that she has the power to inspire, stating that she has “the confidence, faith, and assurance to help others,” and that she is “an incredible influence with a great appreciation for all people.
