New Year, New BHOLT™ System

In October 2015, InteCare began the process of redesigning our BHOLT™ provider data management system in order to more efficiently and effectively manage all provider and administrative electronic information. We recently launched our new database internally for our Network and our Credentialing and Enrollment program. We have created this system to:

  • Provide reporting and data analytics,
  • Run canned reports that will keep all provider information up to date,
  • Streamline the process of getting important claims data to the payors,
  • Remove the burden of paper credentialing files, and
  • Access the system via use of mobile devices

A few months ago, database external users at our large organizations participated in a step by step training on entering provider information into BHOLT™. InteCare received positive feedback from multiple centers and we would like to thank our Providers and Clients for your patience and participation.
