The Mental Health Funds Recovery Program (MHFRP) is a Federal Reimbursement Program that allows Managed Care Providers to recoup Federal Funds based on Medicaid administrative activities preformed by agency staff.  Since 1999, InteCare has contracted with the State of Indiana to be the fiscal agent for this program.

Each quarter, a random sample of participants are selected from the 38 participating agencies to complete the time study.  The time study is an approved method to quantify the amount of time spent completing administrative activities by providers across the state.  Agencies will notify selected individuals, distribute training site information and mail the time study packets with the materials needed to complete the time study.  A few of the documents are below for your convenience.

*Please note while we include a link to view the Time Study Training presentation from this site, in person training is a requirement for the program and on-line training is not available at this time.
