InteCare is a 501 (c) non-profit provider established behavioral health administration services corporation based in Indianapolis, Indiana.  InteCare is fully Accredited by URAC and has been certified by the State of Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions (DMHA) as a Managed Care Organization since 2000.

InteCare is an administrative service organization that arranges for, monitors and manages the provision of behavioral health services on behalf of its clients. Such administrative activities include, but are not limited to: 

• Contracting a Network of Behavioral Health Providers
• Credentialing of the Behavioral Health Network
• Monitoring the Quality of Services, such as Access and Case Outcomes
• Assisting Providers in Addressing Program Problems Such as Claims Payment Delays or Managing Referral Volume
• Arranging Special Programs to Increase Access to Services for Minority Populations
